Domestic Shipping

We ship artworks Australia-wide using trusted courier services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include all standard charges.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Internal delivery may take 10-20 days depending on the courier and destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship artworks internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and artwork size.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please confirm your local regulations before placing an order.

Protection in transit

Insurance in Transit

All shipments are fully insured while in transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, we will assist with claims and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

To make a claim, please contact us with photos of the artwork and packaging, your order number and a description of the issue.

Damaged or Lost Artwork

If an artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Our team will assess the situation promptly and provide a suitable resolution.

Commissioned or Corporate Artworks

For commissioned, corporate or large-scale artworks, insurance coverage during production, transit and installation is arranged at the consultation stage to ensure appropriate protection.
