The story

This vibrant Aboriginal artwork by Kelilah Ware celebrates the joy of loved ones coming together on Country, sharing stories, meals, laughter, and moments that matter. Through rich colour, symbolism, and storytelling, Kelilah beautifully brings her heritage and connection to Country to life.

About the artist

Kelilah Ware is the second oldest of the KTAFA family collective. Inspired by her mum, Kelly Taylor, and her younger sister T’keyah, she also picked up the paintbrush. Her work reflects family life on Country, community gatherings, bush foods and South Australian landscapes, using traditional dot painting with contemporary colour and movement. Meet Kelilah Ware.
