Our promise is simple: we stand behind the authenticity, care and presentation of every KTAFA artwork.
Original paintings are hand painted by the artist and signed. Depending on the artwork and option selected, originals may be sent rolled, stretched or framed.
KTAFA canvas prints are created from artwork by KTAFA artists. Product details, sizing and finish options are shown on each product page before checkout.
Jewellery, gift cards, blankets and selected homewares are created from KTAFA artwork, designs or brand storytelling and are carefully packed for delivery.

KTAFA artwork remains protected by copyright. Artwork, images, stories and designs may not be copied, reproduced, printed, licensed, used for branding or used commercially without written permission from KT Aboriginal Fine Art.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. We will always do our best to resolve genuine concerns with care, respect and clear communication.
Please include your order number, photos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it properly.

Send photos if the issue relates to damage, packaging, product condition or incorrect items.
Our family team will review your concern and confirm the best next step.
Where appropriate, we will arrange assessment, repair, replacement, refund or further support.

Yes. Original paintings are hand painted and signed by the artist. Once an original artwork is collected, there will never be another one exactly the same.
